- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable policies.
If you do not agree, you must not use this website. - Nature of the Service
IslaXpress LLC acts solely as a commercial intermediary and logistics management provider, offering:
Sale of physical products
Order management and logistics coordination
Shipment arrangements through independent third-party providers
👉 IslaXpress LLC is NOT a carrier, freight forwarder, airline, shipping line, or customs broker. - Use of Authorized Third Parties
All international shipments, including shipments to Cuba, are performed by legally established third-party companies operating under:
Valid OFAC licenses
Applicable U.S. and destination-country regulations
International customs and transportation laws
IslaXpress LLC does not control customs authorities, inspections, delivery timelines, or government decisions. - OFAC Compliance and Customs Regulations
The customer acknowledges and agrees that:
International shipments are subject to government restrictions
Customs authorities may inspect, delay, retain, reject, or confiscate shipments
IslaXpress LLC does not guarantee customs clearance or delivery
Any loss, delay, penalty, or expense arising from customs or regulatory actions is the sole responsibility of the customer. - Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
Prices may change without prior notice
Full payment is required before order processing
By placing an order, the customer authorizes the corresponding charge to their selected payment method. - No Refunds and Cancellations
⚠️ IMPORTANT
Logistics management and coordination services are non-refundable
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun
International shipments are final and non-returnable
6A. Early Cancellation Window
Orders may only be canceled within 24–48 hours after purchase and only if processing has not begun.
Cancellation must be requested through Customer Support using official contact channels and must be confirmed in writing by IslaXpress LLC.
Approved early cancellations are subject to a 5% administrative fee.
6B. Batteries and Hazardous Materials
Orders containing batteries, lithium cells, energy storage systems, or hazardous-classified materials are non-cancelable and non-refundable once processing begins due to regulatory transport and handling requirements.
6C. Orders Processed or in Forwarder / Transit
Orders already processed, purchased from suppliers, prepared for shipment, delivered to a forwarder, or in domestic or international transit cannot be canceled or refunded.
If shipment recovery is exceptionally possible, a 20% restocking and logistics fee plus actual recovery and return shipping costs will apply.
- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
The customer agrees that:
A chargeback does not replace a formal claim process
Filing unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent restriction
IslaXpress LLC may submit transaction records, IP logs, acceptance of terms, and logistics documentation as evidence
Customers must contact IslaXpress LLC before initiating any bank dispute. - Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated only, not guaranteed
Delays caused by customs, weather, inspections, or third parties do not qualify for refunds
Liability is limited once goods are handed over to third-party providers - Limitation of Liability
IslaXpress LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Acts or omissions of third-party providers
Government or customs decisions
Delays, losses, or confiscations beyond its control
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid directly to IslaXpress LLC. - Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate shipping and recipient information
Declaring contents truthfully
Complying with destination-country laws and restrictions
Errors may result in delays or losses without refund. - Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, images, and branding, is the exclusive property of IslaXpress LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. - Modifications
IslaXpress LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

IslaXpress LLC actúa exclusivamente como intermediario comercial y gestor logístico, ofreciendo:
Venta de productos físicos
Gestión de pedidos y coordinación logística
Envíos realizados por terceros independientes
👉 IslaXpress LLC NO es transportista, naviera, aerolínea ni agente aduanal. - Uso de terceros autorizados
Todos los envíos internacionales, incluidos los envíos a Cuba, son realizados por empresas terceras legalmente establecidas, que operan bajo:
Licencias vigentes de la OFAC
Normativas de EE. UU. y del país de destino
Regulaciones aduaneras y de transporte internacional
IslaXpress LLC no controla aduanas, inspecciones, tiempos de entrega ni decisiones gubernamentales. - Cumplimiento OFAC y aduanas
El cliente reconoce que:
Los envíos están sujetos a restricciones gubernamentales
Aduanas puede retener, inspeccionar, rechazar o confiscar mercancías
IslaXpress LLC no garantiza la liberación ni la entrega
Cualquier pérdida, demora, multa o costo será responsabilidad exclusiva del cliente. - Precios y pagos
Todos los precios se expresan en USD
Los precios pueden modificarse sin previo aviso
El pago completo es requerido antes de procesar el pedido - No reembolsos y cancelaciones

Los servicios de gestión logística no son reembolsables
No se aceptan cancelaciones una vez iniciado el proceso
Los envíos internacionales son definitivos
6A. Ventana de cancelación temprana
Los pedidos solo pueden cancelarse dentro de 24–48 horas después de la compra y únicamente si el procesamiento no ha comenzado.
Debe solicitarse a Soporte al Cliente y requiere confirmación escrita.
Las cancelaciones aprobadas tienen un cargo administrativo del 5%.
6B. Baterías y materiales peligrosos
Pedidos con baterías, celdas de litio o materiales peligrosos no son cancelables ni reembolsables una vez procesados.
6C. Pedidos procesados o en forwarder / tránsito
Pedidos ya procesados, comprados a proveedor, preparados para envío, entregados al forwarder o en tránsito no pueden cancelarse ni reembolsarse.
Si excepcionalmente se recupera el envío, se aplicará un cargo de restocking y logística del 20% más costos reales.
- Chargebacks y disputas de pago
El cliente acepta que:
Un chargeback no sustituye un reclamo formal
Disputas injustificadas pueden resultar en suspensión o bloqueo permanente
IslaXpress LLC podrá presentar evidencia completa del pedido
El cliente se compromete a contactar primero a IslaXpress LLC antes de acudir a su banco. - Envíos y tiempos de entrega
Los tiempos son estimados, no garantizados
Retrasos por aduanas, clima o terceros no generan reembolso
La responsabilidad se limita tras la entrega al operador externo - Responsabilidad limitada
IslaXpress LLC no será responsable por:
Daños indirectos o consecuenciales
Actos u omisiones de terceros
Decisiones de autoridades
Retenciones o confiscaciones
La responsabilidad máxima se limita al monto pagado a IslaXpress LLC. - Responsabilidad del cliente
El cliente es responsable de:
Proporcionar información correcta
Declarar el contenido de forma veraz
Cumplir las normas del país de destino - Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido del sitio es propiedad exclusiva de IslaXpress LLC y está protegido por ley.
